Seller and scope

What the offer includes
NFA means Not Full Access. You purchase access using an activation file, not the game account’s email address, password or full control. The file is intended for Windows 10 or Windows 11 on one device. Read the game, account features, inactivity period where stated and access restrictions on the listing before paying. Unstated features, exclusive ownership and unlimited lifetime access are not promised. Game publishers and platform operators apply their own rules; NFA.run is not their official storefront.
Price, stock and payment
Prices and settlement are in USD. The order total shown before payment is the amount charged by NFA.run. PayPal or your card issuer may apply currency conversion or their own fees, shown under their rules. Stock and the order total are checked before a new payment request; if either changes, review the basket again. Saving or adding an item does not reserve it. Payment options currently include PayPal, Heleket and NFA.run store balance. Do not pay the same order twice while its confirmation is pending.
Confirmation and digital delivery
Before a new purchase, you accept the current terms and separately request immediate digital delivery. The accepted document version and order details are saved in your personal account and can be downloaded. Delivery begins after the payment is confirmed, and the activation file is made available in the same order. Supplier processing may be delayed; an uncertain operation requires reconciliation, not a second purchase. Follow https://nfa.run/guide and the instructions accompanying the order.
Store balance
A PayPal top-up credits your NFA.run balance only after confirmed payment. It does not buy or reserve an account. Balance is in USD and can be used for purchases on NFA.run; it is not a bank account and cannot be transferred to another customer. You can request a review or refund of an unused top-up through support. A refund of a purchase paid from balance returns the amount to that balance. Refunds of PayPal payments are processed through PayPal. A disputed or reversed deposit may be held while the payment and affected purchases are reconciled.
Warranty, problems and consumer rights
The commercial warranty is 3 hours for ordinary offers and 24 hours for offers marked inactive, starting when the activation file becomes available. The order shows its own deadline. Report a problem promptly through https://nfa.run/support, with the order reference, error description and relevant evidence. Full rules are at https://nfa.run/info/refunds. An expired commercial warranty does not remove mandatory rights for non-conforming content. For EU consumers, a statutory withdrawal right may apply. For digital content, its loss requires the conditions set by applicable law, including express prior consent, acknowledgement and confirmation; payment alone is not a blanket waiver. A balance top-up is not treated as delivery of an account.
Your account and reviews
Use an email address you control and keep access to it secure. Do not share email codes, authenticator codes or activation files. Staff accounts additionally require an authenticator. Reviews must describe your own experience without personal data or unrelated material. Reviews are moderated before publication; editing returns a review to moderation. An approved review is not automatically labelled a verified purchase.
Changes and complaints
Updated terms apply to subsequent purchases; the saved version of an existing order is not rewritten. If you disagree with a support decision, reply in the same request or contact noreply@nfa.run, identifying the order and the outcome you seek. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law makes mandatory, including access to competent courts or consumer authorities.
Withdrawal requests
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, EU consumers normally have 14 days from conclusion of a service or digital-content contract to withdraw without giving a reason. The digital-content exception described above applies only when its legal conditions are met. Send a clear statement to noreply@nfa.run, our postal address or a private support request. Include your order reference and the account email so we can identify the contract. A valid statutory withdrawal is refunded within the applicable legal deadline, normally 14 days from notice, using the original payment method unless another lawful method is expressly agreed.
You may use this wording, but it is not compulsory: “To Sole proprietor Daniil Kokorin, Georgia, Batumi, 15 Tabidze St, noreply@nfa.run: I notify you that I withdraw from my contract for [item/order]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date, if applicable]. Name and address: [your details]. Date: [date].” Add a signature only if sending the form on paper.
Cryptocurrency payments
You can also pay through Heleket for an order or a store-balance top-up. The NFA.run invoice and balance are denominated in USD; Heleket shows the cryptocurrency amount, network, address and time limit. Follow that invoice exactly. Your wallet or network may charge a transfer fee. Credit or delivery follows confirmed payment, not a return to our site. If the amount is short, continue with the same invoice where an additional payment is available. Do not create another payment while confirmation is pending. Overpayments and payments requiring review are handled through support with the order reference.
