Your First Login: A Quick Account Checklist
A short checklist for your first login: follow the right instructions, check the promised features and know what to do if something goes wrong.
Before you start playing, take a few minutes to check your purchase. A quick check helps you spot a mismatch early and describe any problem clearly.
1. Follow the instructions from your order
Login and activation steps can differ between products. Use the instructions supplied with your purchase. An old video or a guide for a similar account may describe a different process.
2. Check what the listing actually promises
Compare the game, edition, status and other listed features with what you received. Do not assume that an extra feature is included just because another product has it.
3. Understand your access
NFA means Non-Full Access. Control of the original email is not included, so access to the account is not the same as full control of its recovery options. Read the product conditions before changing account settings.
Psst… a little secret
You found a little extra loot! Use LOOT5 for 5% off your next retail order.
Valid until 31 October 2026, 21:00 UTC, or until the 1,000-use limit is reached. One use per customer.
If something does not match
Keep your order number and the exact error message, then contact support through the Help centre. Hide passwords and verification codes in screenshots. Check the warranty deadline in your order and report the issue promptly.
Match the login instructions to the access format you bought. The Rust Full Access offer describes credential delivery; other products in the Rust catalogue may use a different access method. Follow the delivery attached to your own order.
