Account Warranties: Three Details to Check

The warranty duration is only part of the picture. Check when it starts, which problems it covers and how to report an issue.

A warranty label is a useful starting point, but the number of hours does not explain every condition. Before buying, look for answers to these three questions.

When does the clock start?

Check whether the period starts at purchase, delivery or activation. These are different events. If the starting point is unclear, ask before paying rather than assuming it matches a previous order.

Which problems are covered?

A failed first login, a missing advertised feature and a later loss of access are different situations. Read the conditions for the specific product to see which cases are covered and what information you need to provide.

How do you report a problem?

Find the support route and check any reporting deadline. Keep the order number and a clear description of the issue. Testing your purchase promptly gives you more time to report a problem within the stated period.

Psst… a little secret

You found a little extra loot! Use LOOT5 for 5% off your next retail order.

Valid until 31 October 2026, 21:00 UTC, or until the 1,000-use limit is reached. One use per customer.

A warranty period is not a promise of permanent access. It describes the stated support or remedy for covered problems. For the terms that apply to your purchase, read the product page and your order details, even if you have bought a similar account before.

Check the product-specific warranty while comparing CS2 accounts, Rust accounts or ARC Raiders accounts. A different game or access format can have different coverage; use the terms saved with your own order.
