From choosing an access format to checking delivery and getting help: a practical walkthrough of your first order, including when to use a promo code and when warranty coverage begins.

A smooth first order starts before payment. Choose the access format you understand, check that it works on your device and set aside time to follow the delivery instructions. This guide explains what to look for at each stage and where to go if something does not match the order.

1. Read the complete product offer

Start with the game, account features, access format and warranty shown on the product page. A Prime status, a playtime range and Full Access describe different things; none replaces the rest of the specification.

For an activation-file product, read the activation guide before paying. Its published setup is for Windows 10 or Windows 11 on one device. Do not assume that the same file supports another operating system or an additional PC.

If you need email access or control of recovery settings, check that those are explicitly included. The NFA vs Full Access guide explains the distinction. Ask support before purchase when the listing does not answer a requirement that matters to you.

2. Check the final price before payment

Sign in when prompted, review the selected product and quantity, and use the payment options offered in your checkout. Availability and the final payable amount are shown there.

Enter READ5 in the promo-code field for an eligible retail purchase, then check that the order total actually reflects the 5% discount. A code mentioned in an article is not automatically applied to an order.

Adding money to your store balance and purchasing a product are separate steps. A balance top-up is not a product order and does not reserve stock. If you use balance, still complete checkout for the product you want.

3. Follow the payment and order status

After payment, open your order in your account. Check the displayed payment and delivery status and keep the order reference. A confirmation from a payment provider does not mean you should place a second order if the store is still processing the first.

If the status is unclear, return to the existing order and use support. Do not pay again simply to make the page move forward. A screenshot of the status and the relevant payment reference will help explain what happened; never include full card details or account passwords.

4. Use the delivery instructions for your format

What you receive depends on the product. For an activation-file offer, use the activation control in the order and follow the supplied guide to obtain and use the file. Keep the file and key private and use only the delivery attached to your own order.

For an offer delivered as credentials or another format, follow that order's instructions. Do not substitute steps from an unrelated product. Check the included game access and promised features promptly, while your applicable warranty is active.

5. Know when the warranty starts

There is no single start event or duration that you should assume for every product. Read the product page and the terms saved with your order. For standard activation-file orders, the published policy ties the start to supplier-confirmed key activation after using the activation control. The policy lists Arena Breakout as a separate case with 168 hours from delivery.

The commercial warranty period is a time window for the stated support coverage, not a promise of an account's total lifetime. A replacement does not automatically restart that window. Check your order's terms and the current warranty and replacement policy for the details that apply.

6. Report a problem from the affected order

If access fails or a promised feature is missing, use the affected order's support or replacement controls while coverage is active. Describe the exact step, the visible error and what you have already tried. Include a screenshot when it helps, with private keys and login details hidden.

Check the replacement option when it is available. If the automated flow cannot resolve the issue, use support with the order reference. Do not assume that creating another purchase is necessary to obtain help.

Your short pre-purchase checklist

  • I understand the access format and device requirements.

  • I have checked the features, warranty duration and start event.

  • I can see the correct product, quantity and discounted total.

  • I know where to find the order and its delivery instructions.

A reader discount, when you are ready

Use READ5 at checkout for 5% off an eligible retail purchase. One use per account, with 1,000 uses available across this campaign. Valid until 1 November 2026, 00:00 MSK (UTC+3), or until the campaign limit is reached. It is a purchase discount, not a balance top-up bonus, and does not apply to reseller pricing. Enter the code and check the discounted total before paying.

Browse the account catalogue and choose by the published product details.

Start with the game you actually want: compare the CS2 accounts, Rust accounts or ARC Raiders accounts. Open the individual offer to check its access format, warranty and current availability before checkout.
